JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, an international financial services provider that offers worldwide products and solutions in insurance and asset management, is looking for a:
Third Party Risk Specialist
The job holder will be responsible for adopting, maintaining and monitoring effective implementation of the Group Third Party Risk Management framework on a local level, by managing and mitigating risks associated with third-party relationships and outsourcing arrangements. This role will support the business owners and will assist in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on third-party risk management programs, ensuring also they align with the company's overall risk management strategy.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the effective implementation of the TPRM Framework and define appropriate monitoring mechanisms in line with the Group TPRM Function
Establish mechanism to obtain appropriate management information (MI) and reporting process as part of the various ongoing monitoring requirements for the Third-Party Arrangements and ensure that ongoing monitoring requirements are adhered to
Support the Business Owner in carrying out the TPRM Lifecycle (e.g. performing risk assessments), and other activities
Support Procurement function in negotiations according to local and global procurement rules, in alignment with the Legal Function
Support tracking remediation activities to ensure they are completed in a timely manner by the Third Party
Document each individual step of the TPRM process
Ensure that information of Third-Party arrangements related to the local entity in the TPRM inventory (repository of information) are complete and accurate
Conduct training and awareness activities for relevant local stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management or another related field
3-5 years of experience in third-party risk management, procurement, or vendor management
Knowledge of procurement processes, outsourcing models, and risk management principles, as well as familiarity with regulatory requirements
Relevant experience in the insurance, banking, or consulting sectors is a plus
Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
