Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the construction sector.
Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand the client base.
Understand client needs and recommend scaffolding solutions to meet their project requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring profitability for the company.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of services.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or sales in the scaffolding or construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
