JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the construction and scaffolding industry, is looking for a: Sales Executive (Scaffolding).


Sales Executive


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the construction sector.

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand the client base.

  • Understand client needs and recommend scaffolding solutions to meet their project requirements.

  • Prepare and present proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring profitability for the company.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or sales in the scaffolding or construction industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
