JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading pharmaceutical services company that provides specialized distribution, regulatory, and commercialization support for innovative therapies, is looking for a motivated:
Junior Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end close process with strict adherence to corporate reporting deadlines
Preparation of demand planning and logistics sales forecast
Supervises / supports / backs up invoicing process
Collaborate with the external accounting partner to ensure a smooth month end closing process
Support internal/external audits
Prepare and coordinate monthly internal controls reporting
Prepare regular customer reports (weekly sales, AR open balances/ageing)
Monitoring Fixed Assets
Analyzing the monthly OPEX vs. Budget and Projection
Monthly calculation of sales gross-to-net revenue adjustments
Analyzing the monthly corporate reports (sales, total PL) and preparing commentary as required by Corporate Controlling
Preparation of annual budget, projections and long-term plans by deadlines set by Corporate Controlling
Develop and maintain good working relationships with external and internal partners
All other ad hoc tasks and duties/special projects instructed by Management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional experience in the area in multinational environment
Experience of working within an international structure and building a strong network with internal and external organizations
Successful experience in financial planning and analysis area
IFRS, Local GAAP knowledge
General accounting / accruals
Internal controls monitoring and reporting
Compliance with company Policies & Procedures
Working knowledge of ERP systems - (especially NAVISION will be considered as a plus)
Fluent in English (verbal and oral)
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Excellent analytical skills for independent problem solving for relatively straightforward issues and more complex problems with support
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to tight the deadlines
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong work ethic and ownership
