JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the field of production and supply of electricity, is seeking a highly motivated:
Indirect Sales Account Manager (Call Centers)
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy plans to increase Indirect Sales Forces performance, in coordination with the RES SoHo Section Manager (Retail)
Implement Sales strategy & achieve the targets for the Sales channels assigned
Pursue and achieve Indirect Sales targets, optimizing the allocation of assigned resources
Participate with all necessary inputs in the company’s budget formulation
Develop plans for key indirect sales prospects and identify new sales opportunities within existing clientele
Develop plans for the indirect sales channels continuous production enhancement and optimization
Evaluate CC performance with key metrics
Prepare reports and analyses call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize sales efficiency and customer satisfaction
Provide training, coaching and assistance to call center associates on an ongoing basis
Provide continuous support to all Sales Partners both regarding pre-sales, as well as after-sales stages, including the provision of guidelines and directions, motivation and performance assessment.
Supervise and monitor the onboarding process of customer acquisition (from sales to final contract signing) by the networks
Interface with Product Marketing with regards to the provision of information related to competition activity
Interface with Customer Operations, with regards to the effective management of customer requests
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or relevant discipline (preferably at postgraduate level)
3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the utilities sector
Working commercial experience in a regulated environment
A proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership & people management skills
Excellent command of the English language
