JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company in maritime technology industry, is looking for a:
Group Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement group-wide procurement policies and best practices
Build a high-performing procurement team with the right skills and digital expertise
Align procurement with business goals, focusing on cost reduction, efficiency, and value creation
Build strategic supplier partnerships to drive performance and innovation
Lead centralized sourcing, contract management, and supplier evaluation
Monitoring agreements, including those related to stocking points or similar requirements
Enforce legal, regulatory, and ethical compliance in procurement activities
Implement supplier risk assessment and contingency planning
Optimize procurement workflows through automation and digital transformation
Create data insights to enhance supplier performance and procurement strategies
Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders to meet operational needs
Maximize cost savings through bulk purchasing and process efficiency
Drive beyond-cost initiatives (sustainability, risk management, and innovation)
Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across business units
Track KPIs (cost savings, procurement efficiency, supplier performance)
Lead procurement technology adoption (AI - D365 integration, predictive analytics methods)
Provide executive-level reports and insights to drive procurement excellence
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
Significant experience in procurement or supply chain management, with leadership roles preferred
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in digital tools and systems used in procurement (e.g., ERP software, analytics platforms)
Ability to align procurement goals with broader business objectives
Competence in data analysis to drive performance improvements and decision-making
Knowledge of regulatory, legal, and ethical standards in procurement
Experience with supplier risk assessment and contract management
Track record of achieving cost savings, efficiency gains, and supplier performance improvements
Familiarity with KPI tracking and performance reporting
