E-Commerce Manager

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire online sales strategy and enhancing the company’s digital presence.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and improve customer experience.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.

  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the website.

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

  • Oversee inventory management and fulfill orders efficiently.

  • Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve satisfaction and retention.

  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management.

  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media advertising is a plus.
