Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities:
Contacting customers via email, live chat and phone (incoming communication)
Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
Requirements
Fluency in English in addition to one of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Italian, Romanian, Czech, Nordic
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in using a computer
Experience in customer service roles will be appreciated
