General Manager

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a real estate development and investment company, is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's mission and goals.
Oversee all operational and financial aspects of the business daily, ensuring efficiency and sustainability. Ensure regulations are followed.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and government entities.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Represent the client as a public face of the organization at events, conferences, and in media.
Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and market expansion.
Evaluate productivity and operational and financial performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in executive leadership roles, preferably as a General Manager or similar for a minimum of 5 years.
Strong understanding of industry specifics, e.g., urban development, digital solutions, etc.].
A track record of successful driving growth, improving operational efficiencies, and managing budgets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate trends and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Degree/qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
