Accounting Manager (Retail)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the following:
Communicating (internally and externally) with all related parties for the accounting issues
Cooperating with the external (statutory, tax, etc) auditors when needed and supporting the audits
Meeting reporting deadlines (external and internal ones)
Ensuring compliance with the tax and accounting standards and regulation
Ensuring compliance with the finance related policies, procedures and accounting standards (IFRS)
Reviewing and controlling all the necessary accounting entries and associated reconciliations in Softone ERP
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting Department
A' signature rights
Good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of IFRS or Greek Accounting Standards
Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal
Strong customer focus
Good planning, organizing and priority setting skills
Analytical thinking, problem solving & critical thinking skill
